There are two different kinds of color editors under the menu point View/Tools (fig. 15).

With the TV color editor the colors and grey levels can be modified as one is used on a television.
Fig. 16 shows the TV color editor and a modified image.

The RGB editor (comp. fig. 15) is used to assign a RGB color space to a greyscale image.
Click on RGB editor and on RGB image to have a look at the RGB editor and the resulting image.
